Label:

After the eagerly awaited second album from their sonic star, Triptych, Turbo Trance has stepped back into the spotlight with the release of “Accelerator 2.0”, compiled by Australian Dj Beka.
Tried and tested on the dancefloors of Australia, already the tracks featured on this album have been gaining fantastic feedback from dancers all around the world.

As for the rest of the year we have a few things in the pipeline…our latest team member Manmademan will release “The Legend-Remixes”. An album featuring remixes of their biggest hits by Eat Static, Tristan, Silicon Sound, Triptych, Polaris, Hallucinogen, System 7, Tranan and Manmademan themselves. Elec 3 will be following up with their debut album to be released In November.

Watch out for the third instalment of the Accelerator series…. compiled by the man himself…. Triptych.

Artist:

Opening the album in his own unique and original style Triptych brings Desire blasting into the 21st century. Melding a tight processed voice over a truly funky bassline, his clear and powerful production sets this album up beautifully. Building from the start with a pingpong sound wrapped in a Swirling saxophone, leading to a dirty bass-oriented groove. Bouncing off the walls sounds fly out mingled with half melodies of gargantuan proportions that sit In the shadows waiting. Blips spring out greeting you as you are picked up and flown along with a deep line. Delayed white-noise triggers rollercoaster around, until the legendary drop; an awesome line tempts you to follow, caressed by atmospheric sounds and climbs out into the last bend with an infectious line dancing behind you... what can you say?
Blinding!!
Next Tristanremixes the track that rocked the floor at the height of the eclipse in 2002 in South Africa. Coming in with a psychedelic vibe that animates this remix, Tristan brings us Creation Myth, with a solid beat and deep rhythm made for dancing: this is Tristan at his best - profound and irresistible, deep and big. Tasty and Scratchy synths are joined by atmospheric sounds weaving around a rolling bassline that promises to deliver and doesn't disappoint.
Next we have the irrepressible Eat Static, providing us with their remix of Motion Detector. Truly alien, deep and dark, a pumping groove and hypnotic vocal carry you on a journey through the mind, abducting and taking you to places you've never been before.
Next comes System 7 cruising seamlessly in with their remix of Feeler. Spinning out a polished dance groove in their own unique style, positively hypnotizing the listener until you "feel" it.
The legendary Hallucinogen joins the crew, bringing us the Karahana Posford-style. Solid hitting and timeless as always he delivers pure quality that's guaranteed to be mind-expanding.
With a killer groove, Polaris presents his remix of Down On Earth.
Clear and powerful production introduces a groovy bassline, huge soundscapes surround the vocals, ³Down on earth!²; a huge sliding line adds an airy floating atmosphere, increasing in intensity, lifting upwards Before depositing the listeners in an enormous funky groove. "Alien!" cries the vocal as we go up again: funky as hell, you just can¹t get enough of that line!!! Bring it on....get down on earth...
Taking us out with their own remix of William, Manmademan reinvent this classic tune in their own unmistakable style. Deep and powerful yet still uplifting and positive, this remix gives a new twist; a big groove flows throughout as mashed up vocals fly around. In true Manmademan style they neatly arrange the deep and dark alongside the uplifting and sublime That rings out with echoes of Yin/Yang. The perfect fit of opposites sliding into place alongside each other and churning out the perfect groove.
Chunky, groovy and crisp with a hard-driving rhythm, minimal yet massive the beats start to grow. A hypnotic sound pulses on as a stylish chord ricochets across the top. Subliminal melodies made up from tight percussion effortlessly glide along. Surreal vocals spin in and out, pulling you with them like a siren. Infectious and elegant, understated and beautifully produced, this is trance at its best. Silicon Sound let the spaces between do the talking, never overfilling, as he leads us into a crafted drop. A melody climbs in and vanishes leaving you rocking, only to re-appear like an old friend. Prepare to be tied down, this beat will get you and keep you.
Entering next with quality and creativity, we hear Tranan's remix of Arabian Daze, emerging reenergized and revitalized, deep, psychedelic and essential, uncompromising and immaculately. A gargantuan track which is what we would expect to hear from the renowned Tranan. Maintaining the flavor of the original, he effortlessly brings it into a new dimension, awesome.
